Cannot seem to break through and make any changes to be able to use this remote in a home setting. This remote was used in an aircraft cabin setting from years ago. Is there any way to reprogram this to a default setting for home use?
Tried to load latest firmware from this forum I can find but once I get to the reset button request I cannot get passed that part. Thanks for any help.

Did you remove the back cover and press the reset button while the remote is connected via USB cable to the computer?

If so, maye the issue is that you need the special NG Driver.

If you can find a CD with PPENG on it, you can manually install the driver.

ProntoProNG.sys I think is the name.

You did not mention what operating system, 32 or 64 bit, and what PPENG editor version you are using. All of these are very helpful considering you are using Philips' software that is 14-15 years old.
