TSU3000 touch screen has quit

Pronto touch screen has quit working. I have reset the device, reloaded the software and unplugged the battery. IS there anything else too do that might fix it? I would like to get to the calibration screen but not having any luck with that either. Thanks.Mike/KD9RG
