I lost a customers tsu3000 file due to a hard drive issue.

was hoping someone would be kind enough to email a file to me that would have the same components:

Its a basic setup

Sony LCD projection TV

Denon 3805
Comcast motorala DVR (silver one) HD box
Sony VCR

I would greatly appreciate it!!!!

Can't you upload the file from the customer's remote?
