The installers of the HT we had put in did not install the clock on the TSU3000. The time does appear in the tool set up screen. So without calling them back out to the house to program the remote, is there a way to put the clock on every page of the remote? I do have some knowledge of programing this (usualy enough to mess it up), but not enough to fix the clock/time. Thanks

Go to the System Page, then select the Clock from the insert menu. You may need to move it if it appears over something else.

I have the same problem on my TSU7500. The insert option was greyed out. Any ideas?

You can only add the Clock to the System Page under the System Device. In your System Device, there are 3 pages: System Page, Device Overview, Page Overview. Select the System Page and you should be able to insert a clock.

Also note that you cannot have stuff on other pages that would show overtop of where the clock would go, since the System page is basically a background.

Like Daniel says if any of your other pages have something in the same position as the clock on the system page - it will cover the clock. This applies to anything such as buttons, panels, icons, design features and backgrounds (especially backgrounds -as panels that cover the whole screen are quite common and it can be quite confusing moving all the buttons etc only to find you still cannot see the clock, only to later realise you have a whole panel in the background))- so although the clock might be visble on some pages it might not be on others, so you may need to move things round a little
