Is there a way to supress the sending of IR when you press a button etc on a RU950?

The scenario is that some of my buttons are to change to a different TV source so they send the IR to the TV for the new source and then jump to the appropriate source page on the RU950. Sometimes however I just want to jump to that page without sending the IR.
I seem to recall on the 940 this was possible on the 940, but can't get it to work on the 950.

Any suggestions please, I can't see anything about this in the FAQ or on the forum etc.

Thanks,
Jeddy

This was possible on the original Pronto, but not the NG. With the NG, you have to design it into the configuration (this is what the "NO IR" pages in my design that people keep asking me about are for).

Otherwise, you'll just get used to putting your hand over the front of the remote (assuming you aren't using RF).

Thanks for the reply, now I know it's not possible I'll stop searching and design around it.

I seem to recall that the editor for the Marantz NG Remotes (RC9500), still seemed to support this. It is not however, supported for the TSU7000. I believe that for the 9500, it was a special action that stated "NOIR"
