Hi, I was attempting to program my new tsu3000 that seemed to be working properly on delivery. I had a small power failure during the upload ad not the remote is not working. When connecting it to the computer, ProntoEdit does not see the remote. The remote itself gets to the first start up screen where it displays the words Phillips and Pronto and freezes at that point.... Any help would be greatly appreciated

Have you tried resetting it?
Also, try downloading a fresh copy of the firmware.

Tried the reset button, no luck there, and it is not being recognized when I try to access it from the computer so there is no way of me getting firmware into the remote.

Reboot your computer and you should be able to run the firmware updater.

How do I access the firmware updater. Is it located somewhere in the ProntoEdit program?

Look in the Files area on this site, under Original PC Software for the ProntoNG.
