I'm in the process of formulating a spreadsheet that would allow anyone with a Pronto to generate a Xantech codeset using MakeHex and the file NEC.irp.

I've identified the patterns that the Xantech remote sends based on the button numbers on an RC68+. However, I'm missing 2 values that are not specified by buttons on the Xantech remote. I won't go into lengthy details here as I plan to cover the explanation in a public document I'll publish to this site. I also don't have an RC68+ and don't necessarily want to spend the $$$ to get hold of one. However, if someone out there will learn ONLY 2 codes for me, I can verify my assumptions and complete the data set.

Here's what I need. Someone with a Pronto, please select the codesets below and learn the IR signal for the Xantech RC68+ Button labelled '00' and post either the 900A or 0000 Pronto Hex Format results.

Codeset 0x02 (Top/Left Dial set to 0, Bottom/Right Dial set to 2)
Codeset 0x04 (Top/Left Dial set to 0, Bottom/Right Dial set to 4)

If you can please post these codes, I can get the data compiled and then publish the results. If you don't want to post, please email me with results @ email addy on my profile.

Thanks in advance,
Lyndel McGee

Many thanks Jon, this is just what I was looking for. I knew they were 20 and 80 but I did not know which one went where.
