Wow, You just resurrected a 8 year old thread with a completely different topic.
There are other threads here discussing 64 bit and software/driver issues. In most cases, one has to install a Virtual PC and then install XP into the virtual space along with PEP. Search for threads with 64bit and that were authored by LowPro.
