I love my Cinema7, having programmed it to do more things than I thought were possible.
However, I wish it had some more/other features.

So, I'm propsing a poll of a wish-list of what everyone thinks could make this already great product better, perhaps in something like a Cinema7 Pro...

Nothing too extravagant or likely to raise the price alot, just small details. Think sub-$50 range.
BTW, I don't work for the OFA company, but someone from there might frequent this board and pass along our ideas... (I can dream, can't I?)

Anyway, here's a start:

1) Real backlighting

2) A mode indicator. An old Pioneer remote I had had a button on the side that would light-up the mode button of whatever device mode you were in. I loved that feature!

Those are both good ones.

I would like to see a couple more DVD specific buttons such as ANGLE, AUDIO, AND DISC SELECT (could be used for multi-disk DVD players and CD players).

But the cost of adding these would not be the expensive part, the re-tooling at the manufacturers would add the cost. But like you said, we can all dream can't we?

More memory on the Macros / L keys (just my thoughts) When you think of all the components that we must power on/off (although I have customized my Cinema6 very well with the help of David B, I just think it would be easier for our families to operate. I have printed out a list, almost daily for my WIFE, as to the changes I have made since I bought the friggin' thing) Not complaining though. That's what this site is for, ain't it?

More memory. More memory. Perhaps another row of L keys that we could use for whatever.

I hate back lights. I want a front lights.
