I sent a email similiar to what a lot of you have to Philips and they refered me to there 888 number. Called and the guy said it's a 'low end' remote and will never have support for uploading, confirming again what has been said before.
Like the size and layout but without that feature it's junk. Taking it back and looking for something else!

I was just at the ProntoNeo website. It appears Philips is talking out of both sides of their mouths or has finally heard the voice of the customer. Under their future updates section, they have stated that the NEOedit software will have uploading capability.
