Can anyone help me as i have just upgraded my firmware on my prontoneo 930 and i cannot download my configuration file to my remote.it says my device does not support this configuration file which i cant understand because i uploaded successfully to my computer before upgrading the firmware and i am using latest neoedit software.
Please help as it will take ages to reprogram my remote

Maybe you ran into the same bad, bad UI design of NEOedit like myself.
If you save your NCF in NEOedit, take care that the right format is chosen from the popup at the bottom of the save panel. Default is "TSU...", change it to RU930, save again, then download to ProntoNEO, et voila!
There seems to be no way to change the default setting of this popup button.
