I just bought 2 Pronto Neos online, one was an as is tsu500 and I got it for a great price($26.00) and it is working great. In my paranoid bidding I also bid on a new one,$71 and it arrived in a sealed brown package, not the retail looking package, and had the model # SBC RU 930. Is this a different version, or a grey market international version... please advise.

TSU 500= american version with database for american devices
RU 930= european vesion with database for european devices

Hallo, thekwiat. I live in germany and i have a TSU 500 with database for american devices. When you have a problem with the SBC RU 930, we can probably change the pronto neo. When you thing so you can send a email. My adress: [email protected]
