I bought my URC 200 Automator remote about 3 weeks ago and I love it. Before that I had a remote for every single device; so, if I wanted to do anything I needed three remote controls. Needless to say that the URC 200 simplified my life tremendously.
This last Saturday I went picked up a brand new series 2 Tivo with a 40 hour capacity. After I set up the Tivo and what not I tried to set up the URC 200. None of the codes that came with the URC 200 worked so I was forced to map out the remote. It wasn't that bad, I finished mapping the entire remote in about 30 minutes.
Then when I went to test the new setup, every button worked except the Fast Foward button. I tried to make the remote "learn" the code again and after a few tries it said "Good" so I went on a tried the Fast Forward button again only to realize that it still wasn't working. Now, after several attempts to make the remote "learn" the new code it still doesn't work!
Has anyone experience this? If you have, what did you do to solve the problem?
Thanks, Orly

There's been a problem learning the FF command with some of the new Tivos. Use the appropriate preprogrammed code (should be 117) to get the FF command, then learn any missing commands.
