I have a MX 500 and I want it to learn the audio input function of a Denon AV. receiver remote. My MX 500 has learned all the other functions that I need except this one. The MX 500 display says "GOOD" but it doesn't work. Any suggestions. Thanks

Try varying the amount of time you hold the input button down on the Denon remote while learning. While most commands only require a single push of the button, you may need to hold down the button (or vice versa) in some cases.

I've also found that learning Denon codes is easier when having the two remotes at a 90 degree angle, rather than facing each other. I don't know why, but this helps me...
