Sure - to edit the labels on the FAV buttons, follow this procedure from page 30 of the manual:

1) Enter programming mode by pressing both MAIN and ENT for a few moments.

2) Select EDIT

3) Press FAV

4) Press the FAV button you want to edit

5) Use the numbers and the cursors keys to edit the text.

6) Press the same FAV button again to save.

7) Press MAIN twice to exit programming mode.

You edit the text on the FAV buttons just as you would any other LCD button. Enter programming mode, press EDIT, then FAV, then the button whose text you want to edit per the character designations in the manual.

Man, thanks guys I knew I was being retarded. I tried to do this yest with a severe hangover, and obviously the night before made me stupid....

The funny thing is I thought I had done it previously, but couldn't get it to work. I tried doing it the way you normally edit buttons but for some reason I couldn't get it to work. Knew you people would set me straight...will do it tonight when I get home.

Being from Minnesota, you probably weren't hungover from celebrating our Anaheim Angels World Series victory, were you? :-)

You didn't hear it from me, but so was everyone out here too. I was sick of the monkey months ago. :-)
