Howdy,
I'm interested in buying an MX-1000. But given it's decidedly mixed reviews (buggy software, poor docs), a vendor with a flexible return policy is a must.
I can't seem to find a local (Seattle) shop which carries these things. So can anyone recommended a (mail-order) vendor with, for example, a 30-day return policy? I noticed etronix allows a 15-day return -- probably I'd like to try and live with the device longer before making a decision.
Thanks in advance,
E.

My girlfriend bought me mine for the holidays from www.universalremotecontrol.com. They provide a 30 day satisfaction guarranteed policy. B/c I just got it a week ago & she bought it in November, I called about an extention & they were incredibly/surprisingly friendly & understanding. They pretty much said to take my time evaluating the MX-1000.

I've had great experiences with www.consumer-direct.com. I bought a bunch of Panamax gear from them. Very friendly, good service.
