Hello,
I have been using MX-850 with MRF-250 for over 2 1/2 years and just moved to new place. My MRF-250 is connected to H/K AVR7200 via IR 2-conductance-cable(not the IR blaster) and several other equipments with IR-Blasters.

When I am close with MRF-250(3-feet or less), I can control AVR7200 just fine but when I am not close to MRF-250, all I see is the blinking led on the MRF-250 but no controls are sent to AVR-7200

The odd thing is that the other equipments that are connected via IR-Blasters are working fine.

My guess is that MRF-250 is "relaying" the IR code from the MX-850 to AVR7200 via 2-conductance-cable and when I am not close, the signal gets weaken(?) or something????

Does anyone else has the same problem?
What should I check/do to get this working?

I already tried several other IDs at the bottom of the MRF-250 but same problem.

I hate to put the IR-Blaster in front of AVR-7200 since it is right up front of the cabinet and other equipments are kinda hidden...

Thank you.
