Anyone seen this one? Took a new 6400 out of the box. Installed the wireless card, powered it up, and upgraded to 1.9.5. No problem so far. Walked away and the remote went into sleep mode. Now the sound works and I can hear button presses but the screen is pitch black. Am I missing something or do I just have a lemon?

That sounds like an old problem. I thought the latest firmware fixed it, but before the firmware was updated, mine was fixed by receiving a new WiFi card. I bought mine from Letsautomate, who sent out new cards to owners who were having problems. It seemed to fix mine.

Try a reset before you get too drastic though. If that doesn't do it, take it up with your retailer.
