Well,there is glitch in the upgrade,Three times today i experienced,total dead of the unit,clock stop, buttons stop working.Reset,and got it back again.(sh**).

Not so sure how *new* that glitch is. However, I don't think I've seen it three times in a day...

I've had it before this last upgrade, but I think this is a known issue. I received the following along with details on the new firmware upgrade:

"If your iPronto screen says blank while the small LCD clock is still on, remove the power connector and the battery - then reconnect them and start again."

Mine was frozen solid this morning, clock was wrong, epg keeps telling me it can't complete the download. This is a major bummer.

Just recently mine has started freezing. Now every morning it is frozen! I haven't changed anything!

Yeah, mine freezes almost daily too. Another HUGE annoyance is that it seems to randomly reset itself to GMT every once in a while. It holds the right time, but it's five hours earlier than where I am on the East coast. A real PITA when using the EPG.
