No problems with web surfing or using the network. IPronto will not upgrade firmware and has a device server not available message. EPG works fine.

I had this problem. I thought the server was down also. You have to keep retrying and retrying. I eventually got mine updated at 3 am GMT !!

One thing too, if it's a brand new iPronto it sill might have old firmware on it that doesn't work right with DHCP during the initial booting process.
