This can
probably be accomplished using X-10's European Powermids. It depends on the bandwidth of the Jung receivers (which depends on the type of receiver circuit). Jung uses 433.
42MHz RF.
The IR2RF half of the Powermid converts ~40kHz IR to 433.92MHz RF. The RF2IR half of the Powermid converts 433.92MHz RF to 40kHz IR. The latter can be used to learn the codes from the OEM RF remote.
Otherwise, you can build your own IR2RF converter for 433.42MHz by replacing the 433.92MHz SAW resonator in the Abacom AT-MT1-433 with a 433.42MHz SAW resonator. Telecontrolli also makes 433.92MHz transmitters that use SMT SAW resonators.
