it appears to program pretty much like a 6000 but you need the wireless connection to your computer in order to download any new ICF's. I went to the first training in the country on this and you don't really want to buy or spec this remote to customers to use just as a remote, it can do so much more but the installer needs to be computer savey....overall, the graphics are clear and the touchscreen is accurate even without the stylus.

I would say that it programs more like a 3000 than a 6000 but in color of course.

Did you go to the morning class or the afternoon one.
