My iPronto is not responding - Help!!!

The screen is white, and the rmote is not responding.
I cant do anything. Tried to "Hard Reset", but it doesnt help.
Any suggestions?

Yoss,
try holding the Channel + button down when the remote is booting it should take you to a set up screen from which you can connect to your WAP. Make sure you select flag for update so the firmware is reinstalled

I already tried that and it doesnt help!
I have contacted Philips and they said I have to send it back to them for repair!@#
