Does anyone have a current firmware file for the Tsi6400?
I have a corrupt file and it's asking to access the web site, which I believe now Is not active.
Tech support says they have no files anymore for the unit online or for download.
If you know how to get a firmware file or have one to send me I would be greatly appreciative!!

Philips never released standalone firmware files for the iPronto - updates were always done online.

So what happens now? Since the website is no longer working, how do I update my device?
There must be someway of fixing this issue?!!?

Not that I can think of. They never released standalone firmware files or even a method of updating firmware standalone so... unless someone figures out how to hack something, which considering the small number of iProntos out there is unlikely to happen, I think we're all out of luck.

hi i have found what looks like a rs 232 connection on the main pcb of the ipronto which can be seen under the battery the 3 gold discs you can see these may well be the comms set up to the device connection all that is now needed is a way of interrogating the ipronto . the connections are clearly marked on the pcb with their function eg tx rx 0v so any budding hackers have a play best regards andy
