Hello

I have an iPronto remote control type SBC RU 1000 (European designation), tsi 6400 (American name).
Only I have the following problem with the wifi, I have entered the SSID of my router and the WEP password and I will also be displayed under "Status"is a sufficient signal content, but I can on the RC not serving in the WWW (browser iPronto) or access the iPronto Portal.
Another important point is that to personalize my iPronto on iProntoEdit (Program of Philips) need a WiFi connection. Only the program finds the iPronto not.

Small question on the edge so it is also the possibility to export in the program created user interfaces on an MMC / SD card. But how can I access this card in the iPronto?

Hope you can help me, because it would be a shame if I could use this super RC is not as it should be.

Greetings

download the ipronto edit software from here
load onto pc
create your layouts that you require on the pc export the file to the mmc card via a card reader /writer
insert card into ipronto
go to right hand second screen (lower right of ipronto screen)
on left habd side tabs
second one down MMC

conrents mmc card
refresh
card contents displayed
download your file to ipronto

unfotrunately you have to learn the button functions of your remote unless the ir codes are already working
bottom buttons

download to ipronto

once you have learnt your button codes come back to this screen and upload to card

you will then have aworkable icf file on your pc once you have uploaded into ipronto edit
i suggest you upload a copy of your original file on the ipronto first and save it so you can always put it back to original format.....

all you have to do is rename YOUR NEW files i suggest a date format then you know your latest through to oldest incase of any mishaps
good luck

Thanks andy

The problem why it did not work over WiFi was the WEP encryption from the router. Now that I have not encrypted my wireless connection, I was able to connect to the PC the iPronto.

Another problem I have left, that's the touch screen sometimes not working properly. I mean I press the buttons a little further right to press on the screen. If I want then calibrate the touchscreen, I get "failed Calibration" as an error only.
Is this normal or is my iPronto broken?

sorry for my bad English, but google can not so good English ;-)

I've always tried to calibrate the remote with the stylus. I'll touch the crossbar at the 5 point's but the calibration failed. I don't know why.
