I don't know how many of you know this, but in Europe (I'm a brit in America right now), we have a cabling system called
SCART, which is a single connection that carries stereo audio, and either video, s-video, or RGB depending on the capabilities of the equipment you use.
It also has a control signal, so for instance when you switch on a VCR, cable box or DVD player it automatically switches to the right input, and switches back again when you turn the equipment off. I know that HDMI can also carry a control signal like this (only took 20 years for America to catch up, and don't even get me started on NTSC ;) ).
Anyway, what I'm interested in is how the Harmony would cope with that. With SCART it's not an option, it's just automatic, so you can't turn it off. Would the Harmony be very, very confused? lol
(by the way, no offence is meant by this post, sorry to any easily offended Americans :) )
