Despite the fact that logitec recognizes the Arris VIP5202 model and successfully synchronizes it with the Harmony 665 remote device, the remote does not work. Otherwise, I tried programming individual buttons, but some functions are missing so that the remote control is only half usable - this is not acceptable for me.
Can anyone here on the forum help me how to solve the problem so that the remote will work 100%.
I previously had an Arris VIP5305 STB where the harmony 665 worked without a problem, but this new VIP5205 model does not work.
