Well, I gave it a good try, but I'm still no where near I need it to be. Plus, I'm beginning to think that the menu driven interface just isn't as easy to navigate through as a series of dedictated buttons. So, I'm returning my unit before my 2 week satisfaction period as expired. I sent in the email request yesterday for an RMA number and instructions on where to send it. No reply as of end of today.

Sorry to hear about this. I too am having some reservations about the menu driven interface but still hold out hope that navigating will be a snap once Harmony offers an easy way to customize these menus.

Yes, I think it can be a alot better IF they give the web site a major re-working. Providing straightforward examples of how to do the most frequent configurations and menu modifications is a must. A primmer on xml edits is also a very important thing to have on the website.
I'll be watching what happens to the Harmony in the coming months...and may even re-purchase it in the future.
