Some descriptive sentences will get you better results. Tell us what you've tried, too. I mean, are you asking about the Proscan and Verizon remotes after you've tried everything, before you've tried anything, or what?

A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything. "The biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place." -- G. “Bernie” Shaw |

The proscan remote is for tv/dvd combo, it wouldn't control a different disc player.
And the Verizon remote is for a stb, it will control one other a device, a tv. So no neither of the remotes will be able to control your Insignia blu-ray player. Get a true universal remote.
