I am trying to setup a media room for a customer using URC total control and can't find the correct driver so i will have to build a custom driver and wanted to know if anyone had to the IR codes for the BD-H5900.

Sammy BD codes have not changed in forever. Are you saying old Sammy codes don't work? Or that you have no codes whatsoever and need what, pronto hex? I don't know what is required to "build a custom driver" for a URC remote.
