I'm looking at purchasing software that would enable loading personal VHS recordings, performing some editing by adding title pages, credits, background music, etc., and then burning into DVD. I've been looking at the Pinnacle Studio 10.5 software since this would be compatible with a digital video input device I have. Anyone have experience with this product or recommend something better? I'm not trying to go too pricey since this is primarily a personal home project. I have the Dazzle MovieStar 5 software which is old and doesn't seem to have any technical support any longer. It worked fairly well and was easy to learn and work with but it seems to have some bugs in the system which is why I am trying to replace with different software. The Pinnacle Studio software appears to work in the same easy format and process so it looks easy to pick up and work with according to online demos I watched. Any suggestions or comments from those with experience is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Last time I checked, it seems like all of the editing software has bugs. Go to www.camcorderinfo.com. Ask the question there and you'll get plenty of help.
