Since the Magnetar UDP800 is an 'Oppo clone' it seemed like trying the IR codes for the Oppo's was worth a try. They work !!!
For those using URC CCP database it is 'BR/DVD' 341 (Oppo 103) or 384 (Oppo 203).
For those using Harmony you can enter the Oppo models as the component.

Edit: After further testing all the commands work EXCEPT the discrete ON and OFF, which is a pretty big problem, but can be worked around. Starting the Magnetar UDP800 by sending the 'eject' command which opens the drawer and turns it on.
To turn off the Magnetar I have programmed the 'power' (toggle) into the 'off' macro.
Hopefully Magnetar will update their firmware to include these discrete commands.

It's common for players to use Power toggles. I find that Play will usually power up a unit. The OFF command becomes a Play - Power macro. You may need to fuss with the timing between Play and Power.
