Most Philips TVs react at RC5/0/61:
0000 0073 0000 000C 0020 0020 0020 0020 0040 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0040 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0040 0040 0020 0CA8

I confirm on my old TV : 42PFL9603 this code power off the tv, and just power off so your code works on "old tv". But with my 2021 tv it's power toggle and not power off ... :'( Maybe a buf in the (last) firmware of my tv :'(

The notation 0.61 means, in the language of IrScrutinizer, D=0, F=61. So you can just put this in IrScrutinizer and render the signals.
Having said that, the power off command given is rc5 0.61, which is exactly the one given in my first post. So, "this cannot happen! ;-).
Have you tried to "holding down the key" for somewhat longer?

Thank you for your reply, I don't know what I do with "holding down the key" BUT ! I've found the way to power off my tv in IP with home assistant and a script. ;)
