Hi folks,
I am looking for discreet on and off codes for Pioneer Elite TV, Bose Lifestyle 28 system, and Comcast DVR box made by Motorola (model DCH3416). Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

A couple of things to suggest -
Always include the remote system you are programming, search the forums and files areas, and include all model #'s in your post as some models' IR parameters may be different.
Also, did you look in your remote control's editing datanase?
For Pioneer take a look at pioneercustom.com.

Sorry- remote is a universal remote MX 350. The only codes they have in the manual are pre-programmed for all of the buttons. The problem is that the power button on all of the original device remotes is the same for both on and off. If you want to program the universal remote to turn all devices on (or off) with one press, you can create a macro to do this, but you run the risk of getting one of the devices out of synch if it doesn't get the signal. Any general strategy suggestions on how to get around this problem?

For the Bose system, Use the sources to take the machine out of standby. Then just use the power button to turn it off. don't forget a delay in your programming to allow the amp to kick in.

Pioneer power codes are easily found.

Never heard of the last device.

I'm not that familiar with the MX350 but it is a learning remote - right?
The only way to program the commands other than the ones that are "built-in" is to learn them from another remote. Unless you can do that you're stuck with the Power toggles.
