The other day someone sugested a sysinfo/on-off/on-off sequence to force on on for the unit, which several members tried and failed for the 502. However, I happen to notice that there is a difference in the info button on the platinum remote and the sys info on the standard (blue button) remote. If you use the sys info on the blue button remote it works every time.
