i have in my working place some DMPS-300-C.
But on 3 of them, when i try to connect with toolbox, they ask for passowrd, which i dont know.
If i do a factory reset, hw button, Sw reset for 20 seconds, will the password reset?
Also, when connecting in a unit that doesnt ask for password, in toolbox i can control the A/V. with the above factory reset i will loose this fictionality?

You need to fully default the unit with the recovery procedure outlined on the support site. Although I am guessing you are not a dealer and dont have access to it...
