Hi everyone,
I recently obtained a URC MRX-10 with remotes from a house that upgraded to something else, I don't have dealer credentials so can't log into the portal to download it, does anyone have a link or could possibly share a copy of the programming software privately? I have the complete control suite, but it is a completely different set of equipment that it supports.
Thank you in advance if at all possible.

Not available without dealer credentials. You have to locate a dealer near you.
There is no truth anymore. Only assertions. The internet world has no interest in truth, only vindication for preconceived assumptions.

Thank you,
I was hoping to skip that step as I'm based in South Africa and dealers are spread pretty far from me. I have sent the request form on their international website, I don't think there are many dealers here, I know of one and they've been hard to reach/not answering my request.
I usually deal with Crestron and RTI, getting the URC lately I won't say no to some more equipment to try out.

As below,
"Thank You!
Thank you for contacting URC. Our team has been notified of your request. Someone will reach out to provide contact information for a local dealer in your area.

We will be sending you a confirmation email shortly. Please check your spam/junk folder if it doesn't appear in your inbox. If the email was sent to your spam/junk folder please mark it as not junk so that future emails get delivered to your inbox."

I no longer need the above, I have managed to resolve it so far, thank you to those that read my post. Enjoy a lovely day.
