You need to have a current product in the system that supports airplay2. Airplay to that device and the group other devices and desired.

It's been / being removed for iOS devices. It looks like Apple's recent changes have made it a highly unreliable option. Sonos aren't closing the door on it, just noting that it currently doesn't work well due to the iOS restrictions.

Just a note: Android users still have this feature. The source is the last one on the list "On this Mobile Device" You poor, poor Apple users :(
