You need to have a current product in the system that supports airplay2. Airplay to that device and the group other devices and desired.

It's been / being removed for iOS devices.
It looks like Apple's recent changes have made it a highly unreliable option.
Sonos aren't closing the door on it, just noting that it currently doesn't work well due to the iOS restrictions.
This industry is not getting cheaper and cheaper, we're simply convincing ourselves that we have to push the cheapest option to customers.

Just a note:
Android users still have this feature. The source is the last one on the list "On this Mobile Device"
