I have the same situation as all of you. A DTC-100 with the Key Digital VGA to component converter on the new LCD grand Wega HD. This thing is driving me wacky!! We are getting the same ripping at the top of the picture when we try to use the raster centering on the DTC and the Key Digital unit. It ends up that Sony has a very narrow band filter for the HD input. I figured that the problem might be with the sync output of the DTC-100 so I thought I would goto the Toshiba HD Sat. It has the component output that I needed. Well, we cant get that unit any more. It end up that everything is now going to a new format called DVI. So Im stuck. The customer thinks we dont know what we are doing. Sony is not a help at all!!! Does anyone know what the fix is in the Sony service menu? If so, please email me as soon as you read this.

I am going out of my mind also with dtc 100 and panasonic TV. I had the exact experience with a client and still did not resolve the issue. I gave them the TV for free because I could not fix the problem.

I was finally able to fix this problem by entering the service menu and adjusting some things per the instructions of a sony tech. You can only get help from the tech if you are a sony dealer and have the number to reach them. I was able to get the instructions from a sony dealer, but it was all verbal and I have no written instructions.
