Any body having problems downloading config files to 5200 with software version 1.0.14

Would you beleive it my laptop serial port has packed in and will only receive and not transmit. I tried it on another PC and it works.

Check and make sure you don't have any programs running that may be using the serial port... you may also want to try and turn off any power saving features on your laptop. I ran into problems on my old one and had to disable the APM features (advanced power mang.) to get it to work.
