Does anyone know if there is any cheap way to convert a super output to composite video. I have run everything super into a Denon receiver but need to run the second video output composite. Otherwise I can just run a couple of basic composite video also.

The Entech CVSI-1 which is usually used to convert composite to Y/C seems to work fine in reverse in the couple of applications our company has needed such conversion.

I've seen similiar passive Y/C converters at Radio Shack for less money, but have not tried those.

Tributaries makes a couple of units/cables that work well. One is the S2C (s to composite) that has a s-video cable attached to it, and has adjustments. It sells for about $100. They make a cheaper version without a cable and adjustments that sells for about $25.

Parts Express have a converter for $5.25
It also works the other way but I would not recommend it for the getting best image quality.
Converting S-video to composite is a lot less critical than the other way around.

Ultralink just announced a new cable with the converter built inline, works both ways, and comes in 1M, 2M, 4M, and custom lengths.

sorry I don't have a link to where I saw the announcement, prices seemed reasonable.
