Much more information is needed. Which adapter are you using? If it's a USB-based one, there is no way to turn on the PS3 by remote.

I `m using a Infrared USB adapter.I need turn on the PS3 by Ipad ,then i need the InfraRed codes or HEX codes.Is it possible?

The only way to turn the PS3 on by remote is via Bluetooth (or IR-to-Bluetooth module).

USB-based PS3 remotes cannot turn the system on. IR-to-Bluetooth-based PS3 systems will. So if you want to be able to turn it on by remote, avoid the inexpensive ones that have a little device that plugs into the front of the PS3.
