Need Help! What remote would be a good replacement for my rc3200 (which was destroyed). Can newer Marantz remotes work?

Probably, but I can't guarantee that all the appropriate commands will be there (although chances are you only really need the basic ones anyways). If you have the budget, a remote that can accept computer files will be able to duplicate it exactly. I use Pronto and URC remotes with my [gradually failing] SR9600 without issue.
