Hi All,
I'm about to programme an old Marantz RC5000i remote using Touch Screen Setup v2.0.4 (assume thats the latest version?) but can't for the life of me find a manual for the software anywhere despite a lot of googling....
Does anyone have any idea where I can download it please?

They never created a software manual. Absolutely everything related to that remote is in RC's file area, and that's where you'll see that the older RC5000 Setup manual is the only one available.
