We have more work than we know what to do with!

We are an established AV/Automation/Security/Lighting/Shading company looking to add experienced people to our team. We work primarily in the 'money is no object' world of the Hamptons, and as such, we need exceptional people on our team to service exceptional homes.

Prospects with little or no experience are encouraged to apply, as sometimes (many times), the most valuable employees are valuable for reasons other than what they know.

Our requirements are simple:

You show up to work every day and on time.
You are honest about your current skillset.
You have a neat appearance, and enough vocabulary to be able to communicate effectively with our clientele.
You realize that nobody knows everything.
You are willing to continually learn.

We offer on-site and online training for free.
We offer a consistent, competitive salary.
We offer medical benefits and a retirement plan.
We offer stipends for on-call duty and plenty of overtime.

You get free training and knowledge that belongs to you forever.
You get to work in some of the biggest and best homes in the country.
You get to play an active role in the design process.
You get to work for a company dedicated to doing the 'right thing'.

A strong networking background is helpful.
Knowledge of general construction methods and techniques is required.
Good communications skills are necessary.
A valid NY driver's license is necessary.

Some of the technologies we get to work on:
Home automation (actual automation, not just remote controls).
Automated shades and drapes.
Home theaters.
Wired and wireless LAN and CAN installations and configuration.
Remote access and administration.
Distributed audio.
Distributed 4K video.
Fiber cabling and terminations.
Biometrics and access controls.
Surveillance cameras and DVR/NVR installations and configuration.
HVAC controls.
Underwater sound systems.
Outdoor TVs.
Landscape sound systems and buried subwoofers.
High end audio systems (B&W, McIntosh, KEF, etc.)
