The problem I have has gone from being a problem relating to my universal remote (Rotel RR939) to one that relates to omniremote failing to learn the IR Codes of my Dual television remote. Dual being a German brand name.
The auto detect function in Omniremote detects the frequency as 37500. However it fails continually to learn the remotes IR code. I used OrdDesktop to show the IR Code and it seems to vary on every occasion. Does this meen it may be Discreet or a Toggle code? I have posted two versions of the code below. Both codes are off the same button. The button being the power button which is designed only to turn the TV off. All other buttons will power on the TV. As you can see the code varies in each example.

Thank you for your assistance.
