Hello,
I have a project where I need at least the first splash screen to be custom. I can build the graphic easily; but not sure what to place it so that I can see / load when in the CC programming software.
Any help appreciated.

on the upper right hand corner of the simulator screen, there is an icon that looks like a couple squares overlapping. click on that and it will take you to the background screen. click on the background, then look in the properties window. you will see the image section shows the name of the background. click on the import arrow and you can overwrite this background with your own image.

The background on URC iPad projects is just a large button sent to the back of the z-order. If you want to use / create your own, you need to size it to 1536 wide by 1122 pixels high.
I have created two different templates for the iPad in CCP, so I know the procedure pretty well. If you have any questions, just shoot me an email.
