Hi all,
Just bought an Xbox one and I have 2 problems:
1. TV Samsung un40h5003afxza : When setting the TV, I let the Xbox set it automatically and it does show that it can charge the volume up and down using the ir in the Kinect, but when I turn the Xbox off it still doesn't turn the TV off although it was set to do so by me.

2. Receiver Sony strdn1030: in the menu of the Xbox when I let it set the ir code automatically it does turn the volume up but when I exit the menu and use my voice to turn the volume up it shows that it recognized my volume up command but it still doesn't turn the volume up

Both settings (setting the TV and receiver) have the option of entering the manual code but I don't know which kind of code to put in, hex or regular and what are the differences between them.

Please help
