Hello, I use CCP to program my Remote.
I have no problems except for when I'm in Roku mode.
The Arrow Buttons work fine in the main Roku menu but then I go to something like Amazon Music and try to use the Arrows....
It will move once, stop for a sec. then moves to the end of the line so I can never pick something.

In CCP I have the Roku commands coming from 'Aux/roku/' and then I only have 'Netflix Player' or '[Roku-1] and both are #565.

I tried to learn but the Roku Remote doesn't want to play.

Does anyone have discrete Hex codes I can use?

UPDATE: I tried all below and again... I can pick any Roku model and all the arrows work while testing in the CCP but as soon as I save it to my MX900 all buttons work except for the arrow buttons and enter button.

Many apps on Roku are having this problem with remotes, the solution is to unplug the Roku from the power for a bit, then plug back in. Has nothing to do with IR commands or your universal remote.

This is a known and common problem for Roku. All you have to do is double click on the IR properties for the button. Then lower the repeats to 1.
I'm not arguing, I'm explaining why I'm right.

You forgot about the IR repeat problem which URC still hasn't fixed. Despite this being a common issue on every Roku for the last couple of years with URC.

Believe me if it was that we would heard from OP a long time ago. Since it's new, I'd go with power remedy first.
